    Nice quality, new condition, good value compared to similar offers and they look very smart on the back of my touring bike. I bought front and rear short-arm V-brakes to replace the low-profile cantilever brakes on my touring bike. Advice on the Cycling UK website says that the bosses for V-brakes are the same as those for cantis so they are interchangeable. However, the clearance on my front fork was insufficient for the depth of the brake blocks and they only just fitted on the back.
