    Helpful easy workout

    Good Yoga practice. It is a little slow, but helps so much with movements. You do things as an older person you may not be doing anymore. Keep the joints lubricated and hopefully younger. Easy to do in your spare time and I would like to keep doing the things I am doing not get stiff and have reduced movements.
