    Very educational and informative

    Love this book, I purchased this to educate myself on vitamins and antioxidants and I have learned so much and I am only halfway through the book. I found a few vitamins I’m taking that I should not be taking with a condition I have.

    EARL MINDELL'S NEW VITAMIN BIBLE BOOK REVIEW

    Interesting reference book. I would recommend this book but I wished it listed more minerals,for example, strontium citrate is not discussed. I purchased the 2011 edition. I hope a newer updated version will be released.
