All my other swing feeders latch in both directions, meaning you can remove bowls without fiddling around to close and latch and then have to reopen with bowls in your hand. If I'd known this I wouldn't have purchased. Very expensive for poor quality item. Just to let you know I have 20 swing feeders in use that I have purchased over many years all work perfectly as required.
