Good quality and value.
Substantial stands seem to be up to the claimed 60kg load. Suffer with the same issue as most of this type of tripod stand the security pin is retained by a flimsy vulnerable cord and ring system which eventually breaks and the pin is lost. I have found it is best to leave the pin in the lowest hole - rather than dangling on the cord - and the stands will still fit in the bag. The stands are well made and easy to use, very stable when put up correctly even with a heavy load, although at max height they would be tricky to handle. Adjusting the height once the speaker is mounted is difficult, and probably not advisable.Substantial stands seem to be up to the claimed 60kg load. Solid, quality stand
I am a cyclist, and sick of cheap and nasty, or expensive bike repair stands at $40 plus. I looked at this and thought " Hey, this might do the job ! " Well it DOES !'ve had to make a clamp arrangement to fit on the top ( quite cheaply), and now have a rock solid, fully height adjustable, heavy duty steel stand, which easily will carry the wieght of my bike. It folds right up to a nice slim profile to stand in the shed, and I'm delighted with it. You can trust it. A very well made piece of kit.
