J’ai reçu le produit avec une « notice » en chinois, dans un « emballage » constitué d’une simple enveloppe en plastique, même pas à bulles, sans aucune protection autre que la boîte en carton. Au bout de 4 jours de réclamation, je reçois une vulgaire photocopie floue d’instructions en anglais et sans aucun mot d’excuse ! Je rappelle qu’il s’agit quand même d’un produit relativement complexe à raccorder et pas un grille pain. Je ne recommande absolument pas ce vendeur.
