I have a mixed response in reviewing this item. Firstly it arrived looking exactly as advertised and so I am delighted with the look. It also arrived VERY fast - 3 days ahead of the earliest date I was informed about. All very impressive, so far. I took it to a reputable jeweller to have the size of the band reduced. He checked the metal to see if it could be cut to fit perfectly and told me that it is not made of sterling silver, as advertised but rather of nickel, which can be toxic.
