I didn't actually buy these for sport or keep fit. I suffer from a tremor that is getting worse. I do very intricate crafts & asked on a website I use & they said use weighted wristbands as they worked for her. Maybe I should have bought a lighter one, but it does great with the tremor & will come in useful for keep fit as well. Glad I bought them!
