    Information without bias-- and well written.

    A review of the cult and anti-cult UFO world in the United States. The author seriously researched, distilled the information, and you have to read it to understand what he has to say. One warning. If you are a UFO believer you will love it for supporting your belief, if you disbelieve the whole UFO world you are going to read the summary of information and cheer him on because what he says fit what you want to hear. Extremely well written, and easy to research to determine if he fell to a bias point-- which he did not, That is his greatest value, that he presented the information without bias.

    Absolutely Worth the Read!!

    In my opinion, the measure of whether or not a text is "a good read" or "not worth the read" is easily determined by whether or not I'm compelled to continue reading or put the book down. The author, Ben Mezrich, presented the facts in his book, The 37th Parallel", in such a manner that the text is both engaging & memorable. I try to put a book down @ the end of a chapter so that the transition is smooth when I pick the book back up, but, in reading The 37th Parallel, I found it difficult to put the book down @ all, &, when I finally did have to put it down to go to bed, I quickly discovered that I had consumed nearly 1/2 the book, & the time had flown by so quickly that it made hrs of reading feel like mere minutes. Not everyone can dig into the topic of ufology & high strangeness w/any ...

    Boring

    We've already books that we couldn't put down but this is a book that it was hard to pick back up and continue reading. It drug on and on about this poor guy that wasted all of his extra time and money chasing something that we still don't know what he was actually chasing. I am sure there's better things to read out there.
