Very neat looking diode. These measure ~.26-.30 Vf on my Peak DCA55 (test current ≈ 4.45 mA). Note that they're larger than other Soviet germanium diodes (both wider and longer), so be forewarned if you plan on squeezing them into a footprint designed for a DO-7 or similar package.
