Mostly pleased with this purchase. It certainly brought up a lot more bits than my previous cleaner. A couple of down points though. It arrives with an awful lot of parts which I found a bit confusing. Some of them went straight in the bin such as the wall mount. Also although it is re-chargeable it does have a quite heavy battery. So, although I can use it, I can't help thinking that some people might find it a struggle. Battery listed as brand new. Item arrived fast. Unpacked battery and discovered lots of marks on it. Contacted seller and was told item was a ex demo battery, and that 'I should read the description' When I replied to the seller regarding this comment I have now received an automated reply saying closed till 24.03.2024 and no more contact since. If you are advertising as Brand New I would like to receive what i have paid for, not exdemo. Seller is mis selling -will not purchase from them again.
