The hoover only worked intermittently when the wire was moved near the plug , seller asked me to replace the plug myself, I replied that the plug was a sealed unit that I couldn't and didn't want to replace it, was then asked to change the fuses, I refused and asked for a refund or replacement , they said I could return and to purchase the postage myself, I replied saying they should pay return postage for faulty goods and they are now not answering my messages
