Good workout to some great tunes
Great DVD with some brlliant tunes that really make you want to work out. The moves can be a bit complicated, but once you've done them a few times it gets easier. It's a tough workout though (well I think so) and I've yet to manage the whole thing in one go. The good thing is that you can piece together the various sections and make your own, shorter routine if you want. The main instructor, Gareth, is very good and the moves are explained well.Great DVD with some brlliant tunes that really make you want to work out. Ministry of Sound Pump It Up Aeroburn
Pump It Up Aeroburn dvd I really recommend, there have been some not so good ones in the past but this one is great, it really works and you dont feel you are working hard (but you are) because its so much fun, it just feels like your dancing. I was a bit sceptical when I saw that the instructor was male but he really is good and very likeable. My favourite Pump It Up dvd's have got to be the very first one with Deanne Berry, Laura Muncey etc and this Aeroburn dvd, you wont be disappointed with this Aeroburn dvd, I actually think its the best Pump It Up exercise dvd and the tummy toning exercises are the best ones I have ever come across too. *****Pump It Up Aeroburn dvd I really recommend, there have been some not so good ones in the past but this one is great, it really works and you dont feel you are working hard (but you are) because its so much fun, it just feels like your dancing.
