The brush advertised was not the same as the one I received. It was a poor imitation. I contacted the seller for a refund and was initially offered 30% off then 50% off and finally settled on 75% off and I was to keep the brush. I was told this was because it would cost me too much to return. The communication from the seller was excellent and they did try very hard to rectify the issue but the brush was so poor it was unusable.

Item was wrapped in bubble wrap but the head that holds the pad was broken so unable to use handle to attach pads to. It is not of sturdy construction. Contacted seller and they have offered a refund but waiting for that to happen.
