Seller sent a jacket covered in some sort of cream and claimed NO IDEA where it came from. Said maybe her daughter had something on her hands when it was packed. Seller did not offer a solution, so I offered to take it to a cleaner. She agreed, but then refused to cover the $25 cost! I decided to spend the additional $25 to clean the jacket anyway. The seller could have at least offered to split it with me, but she was very uncooperative. This was a most UNPLEASANT and BAD BUSINESS experience!!
