And, by the way, I also lived on San Pablo Avenue -- from 1964 to 1971. But I lived in El Cerrito, very close to one of the BART stations. BART was not running when I left California, but I've returned a few time and ridden it. THANKS for the prompt service. I am a very satisfied customer.

The internet says there is a speed boost in rendering, I saw no boost, plus Poser 12 sometimes crashes when rendering scenes while Poser 11, did not crash while rendering the same scene. so, this seller delivered fast and as described. however, the there was not rendering speed up, so the product is not worth the purchase if you have poser 11.

The only thing is that in the instructions it tells you to go to posersoftware.net/downloads and the company actually updated the web address and is now posersoftware.com/downloads Is a legit copy, shipped fast, great price.

According to their own online tracking system, it took only TWO Days to go 2053 miles from San Rafael, CA to St. Louis, MO. It then took another FIVE Days to move like a snail through the system in St. Louis and finally go the last Ten miles to be delivered to me.
