    Educational in the right ways

    Poorly written and incomplete

    Poorly written, incomplete, links for free forms does not work. I would advise another book on landlording. The author should have had a ghost writer complete very fragmented and poorly written.

    Landlording must

    Great, detailed, no nonsense book. Take notes and make lanlording I mean managing much easier. You NEED this book if you do your own property management.

    This book is a must-read for any buy and hold investor. Beginner or Pro!

    This is an excellent, practical book coming from the perspective of a "regular guy" with real world, successful landlording experience. I have the utmost respect and appreciation for Mike Butler! I absolutely recommend this book for anyone's library who is interested in succeeding in buy and hold real estate investing.
