Item was as described. But when 1 oz necklace arrived in $4.13 media mail envelope instead of box as listed, I respectfully inquired if they could refund a partial break on $12 shipping charge. S&H was excessive and I thought they might at least split the $8 difference - which would’ve left more than enough to cover cost of envelope, recycled packing, etc. Response was nasty / patronizing / whiny. Bad. Business.
