It was supposed to arrive on July 10th, but it didn't come, so I contacted the seller. I got a reply on July 19th (see photo). I got a reply from the Canadian Post Office that it is not possible to track it because it is an overseas courier. It's been waiting for months, but it's hopeless. Please process the compensation and refund as soon as possible.
