THIS CHAIN NO GOOD FOR ELECTRIC BIKES
This chain might well be fine for ordinary mountain bikes and it maybe may naivety but for an electric mountain bike of 11 speed this chain lasted 2 weeks … failed on me, snapped and even reducing the chain by taking links out didn't help - the chain kept failing all day ….. I might have been just unlucky but the 1110 will not be a chain im buying again ...bought the 1130 which is supposed to be more robust ….. Great quality chain ideal for 2 x 11 speed CX bikes
I put one of these excellent chains on every 1000 miles or so. This is the 5th chain on the bike, which is still running the original sprockets. I am guessing I would have had to replace the cassette (11 speed Ultegra) if I had not spent out for these 5 chains. The bike is used all year round, in all weathers, on all surface types including sand, gravel and mud.

Bearing in mind that many retailers and bike shops want to charge over £30 for this it really is super value. I'm pretty poor at d.i.y. but even I fitted it in only a couple of minutes. Brilliant !
