    my favorite book!

    I have alot of cook books, I love cooking and trying new things. I also have a lot of BBQ cook books. BUT this is my absolute favorite book, Ive used alot of recipes in it. It's my go to, for anything I'm going to grill. It gives cooking times, for every cut of meat, tons of recipes, measurements, etc. It truly is the bible. I love the rub recipes, I've tried several, and even keep a couple in a jar ready to go at any time. I loved this book so much, I bought my sister-in-law one for christmas. Ive made smoked ribs, pork butt, chicken, & brisket, some grilled and some smoked, I also will use the memphis rub on pork chops, or boston butt and cook it in the crock pot. Theres so many rub recipes, memphis, is my favorite, and cajun, also like the miami. you cant go wrong with this book, the ...
