Delivery
 
We ship all over the world. All goods in stock will be dispatched within 24 hours. Items will be sent by Royal Mail from the UK.
 
All overseas goods will be shipped with insurance.
 
Royal Mail try to deliver within 1-3 days (UK);
3-5 days (EU); 5-8 days (non-EU, worldwide), However there can be delays beyond our control.

You must return the goods to us at your expense to the address below.
 
 
we would advise that you use a recorded-delivery service for small items and an insured courier service for larger items.
Please be aware that Royal Mail Recorded Delivery will only offer compensation up to £30 should a package not be delivered
and therefore must not be used for returning any items of a higher value.

    Perfect

    This is the perfect headwear for parties and Christmas when you want a nice hairdo and not have to wear a full santa hat all day, which gets so hot. It looks really cute, is well made, and although the band is a bit lose it fits ok and is comfortable to wear.

    Terrible.

    It's felt badly glued onto a headband. I could have made one better at home. My specific one came missing an 'I' so it actually read '#Elfe'. The F had also arrived detached and the remaining letters don't stand up properly, they 'flop' down at random angles.

    Lightweight and colourful.

    Looks good, nice bright green and red. Fits well but only tried on not worn for any length of time. Bell jingles but only glued on end so think I will sew it in place to make sure it stays on. Good quality and value for price paid.
