The vaccum itself is great, however, the ad is misleading, the only accessory/attachment it comes with is the charger. Which is a 'necessity'. Be prepared to fork out another £65 if you want anything else. This company assured me 'in writing' it came with everything or I wouldn't have bought it. They reckon it doesn't come with attachments from the maufacturer, but the last one I bought did? Plus, it was about half the price. So so if you want a hoover to just do flat surfaces great.

    Bosch BBH6POWER Cordless Vacuum Cleaner

    Good all round vacuum, a bit heavy to manoeuvre especially when using turbo mode. A little fidley using the attachment hose with the unit strapped on your back, could possibly do with a better developed idea. When standing it upright it doesn't click and lock in position. Good value for the money.

    Brilliant cleaner

    The Bosch 25.2 athlet cleaner is great for all floors in the house. I did have a problem with the handle but it was replaced at no cost. I actually have two, one for downstairs and one for upstairs as Im a pensioner and it saves carrying it upstairs. However, the batteries have gone on both after three years and now i have togo back to my henry corded cleaner, almost thirty years old. Can the batteries be changed?
