In March, my D20F1U keeled over. While it would power on, it wouldn't produce a picture. I sent over my boards from Australia to Patrick to be examined and serviced, and I got them back today. I'm very happy to say my monitor is back to full working condition. Patrick serviced them in the estimated time, and the parts were sent back with a generous amount of padding and bubble wrap.
