worth a try for the money
these guards were easy to use and did stop the door from closing to protect my little ones fingers. my two year old thought it would be funny to bit them so now have little teeth marks in them but still work.

It stops the door from slamming and prevents little fingers being trapped, but it doesnt fit well. Too loose on the side of the door so has to be put at the top of the door. Ive used previous products which were more sturdy. Does its job tho

Just about do the job
These are thinner than ones a have had in the past, so they are weaker. Most of the time that has been fine, but for one door I have stuck three together & they are working well! Did arrive quickly & quite cheap.

Saves little fingers, and allows roaming!
I bought these before, about eight or nine years ago, to save grandchildren's little fingers. Now they have a duel purpose, save little fingers AND allow the cat to ( paw ) open the door, to roam from room to room. No more plaintive requests to open door so she can get to the...... ahem!........ utility room! The only reason I need to replace them now is, they can't ( eventually ) withstand the people who forget they are there, and try ( really hard ) to close the door. Otherwise, I wouldn't be writing this review, as, I wouldn't need to!I bought these before, about eight or nine years ago, to save grandchildren's little fingers. Baby Door safety finger guard
Brilliant product and so easy to put on door. My grand daughter no longer shuts her fingers in the door. She is at that age where doors are very appealing and these guards are a lovely cheap way of sorting out the problem.
