Very good transaction, the machine came a couple of days after paying for it. Excellent customer service tracking emails were sent and very quick to reply to a couple of general questions. I have no hesitation in recommending the retailer. I elected a fully built machine and it came on a pallet so you definitely need someone at home to take delivery which is a kerbside delivery or in your driveway. Then you need to handle it with care as Its well wrapped up and secure. No problems experienced.
