Had a Miele hoover for 9 years never let me down but it’s time to replace the hoover head. Came cross this replacement and bought it as a trial did t know what to expect. Delivery was super fast. Tried to hoover the hard floor and carpet, it isn’t as good as Miele original hoover head but given the price I paid, I have no complaints, it does the job and cheap and cheerful. Highly recommended to all. And knowing the option now I can replace the hoover head more often when I need. Thank you x
