The boots arrived, in condition described if a little more slowly than initially predicted, and alas, didn't fit. This seller lives up perfectly to the promise of free returns. I appreciated that, as buying shoes online is always dicey--the return with free shipping offer let me do this at all, and I was grateful to be able to take the chance, since they might have! Cute boots, too. I sent one email before I figured out return process, that went unanswered--so only four stars for that.
