    Maybe I'm just really out of shape

    I've tried to do this work out for about 4 months and I've never been able to get past the first 15 - 25 minutes. I've done a lot of other exercise videos like Pilate's All in one Workout, some of the Denise Austin workouts, and the Prevention Walk Your Way Slim and I've seen great results from rotating those. This is the only video I haven't been able to complete. So I really don't like it because I haven't seen any results from it because it's just too difficult to do long enough to see results. Maybe I'm just not in shape enough but I thought the point of the exercise videos was to help you get in better shape.

    This is a good DVD

    I am an intermediate to advanced exerciser. My heart rate stayed around the the bottom of the cardio range and a few times it fell out of the cardio range for a good part of the workout, but when the cardio kicked in my heart range was at the top of the cardio range. The good think about this DVD is that it allows you to design your workout based on scene selection. Next time I do the DVD I will put in all of the pumping cardio scenes and leave out the scenes that didn't do much for me. Overall it isn't a bad DVD. I still managed to burn 357 calories in 1 hour and that is average for me.

    One of my all time favorite Favorite FIRM workouts.

    I own over 30 workout tapes and DVD's. I've exercised at home for over 15 years. IMHO,this DVD is one of my all time favorites. It has variety, programmability, intesity and quality. I highly recommend it. You can select from segments of exercises customize your workout for what you want and for how much time you have. EXCELLENT!

    Great cardio workout

    This is one of the best Cardio workouts I have tried. Although, I dread my Super Cardio day, I know that I will see results. As the new mother of a 2.5 month old, I have added this to my "Get rid of the baby belly" regime because it works. This DVD will not disappoint Firm devotees or people searching for a good exercise program.
