Was described as “new” however Item received was clearly used, with residual hair & dirt in filter, offensive odour emanating from it with condensation within water tanks - it is undoubtedly a second hand machine. I contacted the seller who took a long time to respond. Eventually,they offered me £20 off “if the item worked”. I declined, and reiterated I wished a return & full refund. I am still awaiting a response & will be following up through eBay process. Not impressed

Great product at the refurb price. Love it
I love the product. It’s easy to use, cleans quite well and dries up pretty well. Few people say it leaves water marks when it dries, I think that’s just being picky. Most mops including super expensive ones would leave marks on tiles etc. So just go over it with dry cloths. But for me I don’t do anything else just use this and it’s does the job well. Battery lasts around 30 on eco but get a reasonable 20 mins on high power which covers my kitchen and hallway. I must say, it is a great product but at the refurb price of £100, I would never pay 240 for this, that’s overpriced. I love it…threw out the brooms and mops and now only use thisI love the product. Found this to perform very well on totally flat floors like laminate leaving the floor damp but drying quickly. It's a different story on tile and flag floors where the gaps between tiles seem to badly affect the suction, even on high. This results in a wet floor and a need to hand mop to get it dry or leave it longer as in old fashioned mopping. This said, the device is still good on spills, as displayed with the spaghetti spill in the TV ad, being much better and easier than having to get on hands knees. Should you buy one? I'd say yes, if you have laminate floors it's great, not perfect but a big improvement on doing it the hard way. On tiled floors it helps but its hard to justify the cost. great little machine
cleans really well on my tiled floor, easy to use and quick to dismantle to clean it or fill. does not clean at edges, could do with a scrub brush roller too also battery gave me 30 mins. also needs roller to be a bit fuller but yes would recommend better than a mop :)

Brilliant product, price and service
I've been looking a these for a while but the full price for a new one was too much of a stretch for me. Vax refurbished store was brilliant, much cheaper than a brand new and still with a warranty. The glide arrived In just 2 days and other than a plain box it looks brand new and unused. Using the glide is a joy, I can clean my whole downstairs in about a 1/4 of the time it used to take with hoovering an mopping, I should have got one ages ago. Slight niggles is that it doesn't clean right to the edge so a quick wipe with a cloth is needed, but even still it's so much better than mop and vaccume. Good cleaning machine.
This unit is good for me and I have ditched the mop and bucket for my tiled floors. Expect to empty the waste regularly, but this also depends on how much liquid you dispense to the floor using the trigger. Once I got used to it I have found it to be effective, it removed all traces of grime, previous chemicals etc from my tiles. My only gripe is that it is not edge to edge cleaning so keeping a speed mop handy is still unfortunately necessary for perfect cleaning. The roller buffs up my tiles to a quality sheen. I would still recommend this unit even with its few flaws. This unit is good for me and I have ditched the mop and bucket for my tiled floors.
