Real buyer here from USA. This product seems to be shipped from India. It is a very useful device for muscle stimulation therapy, for pain relief, and to prevent muscle atrophy. The item is very easy to use. The selection options are printed on the top of this particular model, so I HIGHLY recommend this one here.
