Finally received my order after waiting since 2 april after being extremely late wrong biscuits waiting longer for right order to come then sending wrong biscuits back . My poor puppy had to wait for long time without biscuits not happy would not recommend.

Sincere apologies for the unusual mistake of sending the wrong dog food but as is proven from all our other 99.6% positive feedback, this was an extremely rare event and delivery is usually very fast. However, we rectified this ASAP and rather than wait for the returned product to come back to us, BEFORE sending the replacement dog food (which eBay advises as policy), resulting in a further few days to process, we acted immediately and re-sent another bag.
