very easy to assemble high quality product
The picture should be updated to show the easy grip rubber/foam handles. Very easy, no tools assembly took under 5 minutes. A solid and easy to use safety device.

Definitely not lightweight!
This is quite heavy, and since I presume older people would be using it, it’s difficult to move for accessing kitchen cabinets, etc. Too bad it couldn’t roll until you put your weight on it, kinda like the old library stools! That would make it a fabulous find! Also since it has a larger footprint, it’s difficult to store it out of my way when I’m not using it, because it won’t fit in a little nook or cranny. All in all, I wouldn’t purchase it again. There must be a easier way for a short lady to reach her second shelf items!

Its very sturdy, It's actually heavy, some people may not be able to lift it. Great foe high beds.

Step to high and wobbly
The step is too high! No way of lowering the step.The only adjustment is the sides. 😞 The thing is probably safe but it doesn’t feel safe. It feels wobbly. Sincerely, Pat Oakley
