    Wonder Vitamin D-3

    I started having anxiety attacks and panic attacks about a year ago I had never had anything like that in my life. I read up on what vitamin I could be low on that could contribute to this happening to me out of the blue. I read if your low on Vitamin D-3 your body cannot handle stress very well. You may not even know your stressed but the chemicals in your brain do, and by the time you find out you could be having anxiety attacks. I told my doctor I wanted a blood test to see if I was low on D-3 she said she had never heard of that (didn't surprise me) A week later I got the results almost non existent D-3 was detected in my blood! So I bought 50,000 iu of D-3 and started taking it once a week thats all you need at that dosage. I also read that is you take it with vitamin K-2 it breaks ...
