    Review seller photos carefully! I received the doll and it was damaged during transit due to improper shipping choice of wrapping with brown paper instead of boxing the doll for shipment. Requested a refund, shipped it back, and received my refund. I was actually glad it was damaged. Because upon closer review the item which was sold as NEW unused was actually used and had been scotch taped to the box to appear as new in the photos. The doll was beat up when she arrived and so was the box.
