Excellent series. The quality of content for the price was more than reasonable. This won't collect much dust on my shelf as I'm sure to pick it up again in the future and give it another watch. Disc 1 seemed to have the best visual quality, maybe due to the extreme temperatures on the cameras and equipment, but that is expected. We are fortunate to have this kind of footage. Frozen Planet a Spectacular DVD series
As usual with Planet Earth programs, this is an awesome DVD with marvelous footage of both the Arctic and the Antarctic. The quality is excellent and the photography is incredible. It is worth owning your own copy so you can watch it over and over again.
