Well packed. Should be for £5.50.Dirty stained lining, odour. Muck in pockets. Toggle on zip broken in half. Collar worn ‘n bobbly. Not as described.Bought for impending fishing trip. Contacted Seller agreed refund at my cost ! I explained situation. Suggested small refund. Seller intractable. Put it through washer. No option. Bought another,same make, in superior condition £20 free pp. Was this one recycled Charity Shop stuff ? Dressed up in nice packaging, smoke ‘n mirrors. Cannot recommend.

£5.50 for Royal Mail medium parcel is what it cost to post. Second hand feather filled gilet, was not dirty as our items are washed or steamed before listing. "Main zipper a little stiff and missing rubber finger grip" ( this taken from listing description).You asked for a part refund. I offered full refund on return, which you declined. I do not give part refund if an item is not a expected, money wont make it any different.
