Order received in good time, However the cups STINK the boxes are warped from damp, old damp, mould growing inside of boxes and starting to grow inside the cups. Contacted seller for an apology and to let them know they can’t be sold as new to be met with denial and offer to return or refund. I’m not after that, but seller is not willing to acknowledge the complaint. Won’t be buying from them again, this gift will have to now be gifted another way and can’t be gifted new in the box as expected

We sold 3 other boxes of these mugs without complaint in the last month . They do not stink. We offered a FULL refund including return postage. NO unless we acknowledged our sins we would get NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. We have two local shops who buy these mugs and sell them for £ 3.95 each without complaint. On the one hand you said these were a present then mentioned selling them. One mug appears to show a tiny spot of mould or similar. You paid 1/3 or retail
