Excellent way to avoid a new turbo

This stuff, if used yearly or maybe twice a year, is worth so much more. I have a BMW 635d and the turbos were just not working and the car was going into limp and Home mode. Normally this would mean a large bill from the BMW centre or mechanics. After one use of this the Car was unbelievably quick to pick up and you should have seen the crap that came out whilst it was going into the inlet. Very easy to do yourself just as long as someone is in the drivers seat to hold the car at the revs required when spraying it in. You do two sprays of 250ml at 2,300 revs then the 2nd lot at 300 revs. You then switch off for 5-10 minutes then finish off the remaining 250ml at the revs recommended for your car and you will see the smoke pile out. You then have a 20 minute brisk drive and the car and ...

  • Seems to work

My (2010) 4007 was going into limp mode after travelling around 30 miles (the car has done 40k miles in total from new). I tried all the usual additives and cleaning products to free the turbo vanes but nothing worked. I used Revive and followed the instructions to the letter, so far the last three trips >30 miles there has not been a problem. I think I will use it every 1000 miles from now on and see if the "P2563" OBD code stays off. Note it needs to used on a cold engine preferably in the winter to allow the stuff to get through to the turbo without evaporating.

  • Remedy for sticking turbo vanes

It took two bottles of this stuff but after the second the vanes jerked free. A lot easier than taking the turbo off and certainly a lot cheaper than buying a new turbo.

  • If this doesn't help then probably nothing will help.

Bought this cleaner to get flushed turbo in my ford s-max 2.0 tdci. Smoke when accelerating (even more when remapped) and limp mode due to short journeys every day. I can say that limp mode gone straight after treatment but still smoky in my case. But i know that injector(s) needs cleaning too so can't say anything bad. Although limp mode is back on after 7 months of driving diesel 10 min one way 2x a day which is bad for diesel. All in all i suggest to try this product before paying hundreds for possibly something you don't need. Update : After checking all possible spots I found a split in turbo boost pipe due to age and more pressure on pipe since remapped the car so that means first treatment was enough to clean turbo vanes. No more smoke and more power also. Thanks

  • Easy to use and does what it promises.

Improved performance and made my engine more alive. It didn't cure my constant limp mode though, that must be another issue.
