The 4G router was dispatched very promptly but just as promptly lost by Evri. However seller arranged for me to receive a replacement direct from Amazon, which arrived the next day (before the expected date of the original) and must have put the seller out of pocket. Unfortunately the replacement didn't work so was returned to Amazon and I was promptly refunded. Service above and beyond the call of duty, thank you, much appreciated.
