I messaged AK twice as I made errors in buying a dvd/vhs player as I had problems with creditcard billing. I messaged twice to cancel and they never responded and now cancellations have been declined. AK do not respond and have not even processed the order I made on my debit card. This has been very stressful and do not recommend anyone buying from this company.
