      Item as described and in good condition but arrived with no bolts despite of being confirmed it will come with it at the time of transaction. Seller blamed misscommunication (and being a salvage yard?) even though messages was as clear as day. The only solution they could offer was a refund and return of an item instead of £6 refund which is half the price of brand new Yamaha bolts (that's all I asked for). Clearly this was NOT about the money but principles for me. Do the right thing next time

      Part received with foreign part jammed in requiring a lot of heating and brute force to remove costing me more than the price of the item . I made a complaint directly to the seller stating facts about the item - after which they stated they wil refund me. They then kindly processed the refund (the FULL amount, which I have only received into my bank account today 27 August ) After this l agreed to leave a positive review. Which I have done here. They have accused me of blackmail & blanking??
