On arrival the parcel had been badly damaged - obviously in transit. It had either been crushed by a heavy object or had been caught up in a handling machine.
I have no doubt the rack was in perfect condition when put in the post .Thus there was absolutely no fault on the part of the seller - further more he very kindly and promptly refunded me - so my feedback as regards this seller is completely positive.
