    Useful resource for Community Mental Health teams and Care homes

    The book uses bio psycho social approach to produce a model of assessment that is broken down into stages Ie antecedent , what actually happened , what was going on in the environment at the time , staff perception of what happened , discuss possible options of what might be happening from the persons perspective , agree on 1 possibility and look at ways of addressing this to reduce chances of it happening again . It is well explained and uses research based information
