I've not had much success with this weeder - it's body appears to be too thin, so gets bent easily. The best way of using it might be to use it as a thin "knife" for slicing the soil deep around the weed. Attempts to then "lift" the weed out of the ground will lead to the tool bending, so a separate garden tool is probably best suited for that.
The seller was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Upon hearing my concerns, a full refund was issued. I would happily buy from this seller again.
