    Quality Out Of Control

    The knife arrived, sealed in the manufacturer's original package. The blade is serrated. I found the serrations to be ground irregularly and inconsistently. Furthermore, burrs were abundant throughout the length of the blade's cutting edge. It wouldn't cut bread until I dressed the blade with a stone. Zwilling J.A. Henckels usually delivers a most excellent product. Hence, the reason that, despite two negatives, I still would recommend their products. This one simply fell through the cracks, so to speak.
