The item is listed as brand new and when we unpacked it from the shipping container it was in the original box and appears to be brand new. There was issue with the tracking number., but I don't believe the seller was at fault. The provided tracking number was for an item delivered to Amarillo TX in March. He used the one that UPS provided.
