    Item arrived in good condition and appearance is great. Price was also fair. However, the product itself has poor design from Sony, not the seller’s fault. The micro-USB clip connects loosely, and when placed on the dock the controller tends to slip off. I had to use double-sided tape for stability. The dock also gives no clear charging indication. Overall, seller is fine but the product quality is disappointing.
