Do not trust this seller. He has claimed he has discovered the item is damaged, when packing it. He gave me no opportunity to say if I wanted it or not before he cancelled the purchase. As it is made of wood it could have been repaired or the part replaced. I suggest it did not achieve the price he hoped for and that is why he has broken the contract. Very disappointing.

Thank you for your feedback, however you have made a lot of assumptions based on your personnel opinion without requesting evidence to support your assertions. I very clearly explained to you that I do not knowingly sell damaged goods therefore fully refunded you .
The item was not reparable as you incorrectly assert.
I find your communications aggressive and threatening bordering abusive and nothing excuses this type of behaviour.

I do have one tip though. Don't use Evri! At delivery, they dropped the glass tray over a 5 foot fence onto a concrete slab pathway. Thankfully your fantastic packing means the tray survived. Thanks! :-)
