I ordered 2xproduct as it was offered buy 1 and the second one will be delivered free. I only received one product when it clearly stated on the order 2x items and when I queried this I was told that I did only order 1 item and therefor the1 item delivery charge and I was wrong to complain even though the copy order was still there to say 2 items will be charged as one

Only one item was payed for. I confirmed this with a screen shot of the order number, details and the amount paid. Totally unfair feedback. Have requested a revision, buyer even told me Ebay confirmed only one item was purchased.
